No quibble returns policy
We want you to enjoy shopping with us and be 100% satisfied with our products. We value our customers and want to make the experience as easy as possible for you. There are no hidden charges such as re-stocking fees. If for whatever reason you want to return your item, simply email us on email@example.com stating your order number and that you wish to cancel your order. Please inform us within 7 days and return the order (at your cost) for a full order refund within 30 days. We ask is that you repackage the item well to prevent damage.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
In the rare event that your item does not arrive, Royal Mail does not deem items lost until 18 working days after postage for the UK and 25 working days for other countries. If you suspect your item has been lost, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will submit a claim. Please note we cannot be responsible for errors or non-deliveries as a result of customer errors.
What happens if my items arrive damaged?
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours stating your invoice number and the details of the damage on email@example.com so we can process your claim through Royal Mail.
If we have to re-route a delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address or if you wish to change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched, there will be a re-delivery charge equal to the amount initially paid plus a small administration charge.
Please note that we do all we can to ensure good stock levels, but inevitably we may become out of stock on some items. On the rare occasion that this does happen, you will be notified by email and your order will automatically be back ordered for you and dispatched as soon as possible. If you are unable to wait we will offer a full refund
